Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions: All ticket sales are final. No Refunds. You must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Please respect all guests and speakers. Please follow all rules of the establishment. If there is a disagreement, mediation will be used as a means to resolve an issue. You will attend "Lipstick Red!" WomanCon 2022 at your own risk. 

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• If you cannot attend after your purchase, the amount paid is non-refundable. Your payment may be applied to a future conference, if applicable, up to 12 months. ALL ticket sales are final transactions.
• If you experience an issue with the website, please send an e-mail including your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and emergency contact to: aw@customerservicelipstickred.com. 
• All information is subject to copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Rules and regulations for attendee behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. are not allowed.
• Disable user accounts.
• Rules of the facility are also enforced to serve attendees of the event.
